Job Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist at The MPM Group, Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our company's databases and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will work closely with our finance and project management teams to support their day-to-day operations and provide them with timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into our databases
- Verify data accuracy and identify and resolve any discrepancies
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports to track data entry progress and identify any issues
- Assist with data clean-up and organize data to ensure it is easily accessible
- Utilize software and tools to import and export data from various sources
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and systems
- Maintain confidentiality and company standards of data security and integrity
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in financial analysis or project management is a plus
