Hexaware To Add 4,000 Jobs In India Amid Global Hiring Spree

Indian IT firm Hexaware Technologies plans to expand its headcount by 6,000 to 8,000 this year, which includes roughly 4,000 new hires in the country.

Currently employing around 30,000 people, Hexaware aims to strengthen its talent pool across its offshore, onshore, and near-shore centers in India, the US, Canada, Mexico, Poland, and the UK.

Rajesh Balasubramanian, Hexaware’s Executive Vice President and Global Head of Talent Supply Chain, said: "We plan to hire 6,000-8,000 employees globally. Of this, around 4,000 will come from India."

In India, the company will focus on recruiting in Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun, and Bengaluru. 

Recruitment drives will also occur in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi, and Thiruvananthapuram.

Hexaware intends to hire in McLean, Chicago, Dallas, Iselin, and Reston in the US and target specific roles in Poland and the UK.
